UNHAPPY HOUR: A MYSTERY WITH A TWIST (OF LIME)

Welcome to Dex’s Place—where the drinks are cold, the secrets are hot, and someone’s always in over their head!

On this steamy summer night, Dex’s Place isn’t just a neighborhood bar in Foley… it’s the scene of a murder most foul!

As the evening winds down and the last call is near, a gunshot shatters the night air. Dex Doyle, the owner and neighborhood fixture, hits the floor… DEAD.

Who among the colorful cast of characters could have done the dirty deed?

TONIGHT’S CHALLENGE: Can you figure out whodunit before the final drink is served?

There will be twists, turns, and enough clues to keep you guessing—but remember, around here, everyone’s got skeletons in their closets (and sometimes in the freezer).

Grab a glass of wine or two, sit back, and enjoy as the MMD Players present a mystery unlike any other! And who knows… you just might leave Dex’s Place with more than just a buzz.

MMD PLAYERS FOR TONIGHT:

Ivannah: (FELICIA PORTELLA)  A former executive turned begrudging server. She hates it here—but is her bitterness lethal?

Councilman Willie Ditcher: ( )  Bay Minette’s ambitious council member. Did his political aspirations take a deadly turn?

Delores Delgatto: (ALLISON FOSTER)  The cocktail waitress with a sharp tongue and sharper secrets. How well does she really shake things up?

Phil Muggs: (VAL OBREGON)  The bartender who never liked Dex—and isn’t shy about it. What else is he hiding?

Willie Krash: (NICK BURGETT)  The regular with a drinking problem—and maybe another problem Dex didn’t see coming.

Marilyn:  (BARBARA LADNIER) The mysterious woman with amnesia… or is it a convenient cover story?

Dr. Rita Book: (SUSAN AMES)  A saucy sex therapist with more than advice on her mind. Could passion have led her to crime?

Marshall Hartz: (KEN BROWN)  The martial arts expert who can solve problems… in more ways than one. Did Dex get in his way?

Candi Stripper: (STEFANIE BURGETT)  A woman of the night with a connection to Dex. When passion meets betrayal, could it spell murder?

Dewayne Pokem: MARK BRYANT)  The undercover cop working as a singer. Was Dex’s murder just another part of the show?

Ginny Tonic: (WANDA MARTIN)  The jilted lover and writer with an ax to grind—and a book to sell. Could revenge be her next bestseller?

Otis: The town drunk, always with an ear to the ground and a tongue loose with gossip. Did he overhear too much?

Expect surprises, laughs, and perhaps a few “Aha!” moments as you try to help us crack this case. Think you’ve got what it takes? Or will Dex’s killer slip away unnoticed?

Join us at Dex’s Place—where the drinks are killer, and so are the guests!(fELICIA pORTELL
